Broad form insurance includes liability coverage but can also include uninsured motorist, and personal injury protection (PIP). It only covers a claim while you are driving the auto. Comprehensive and collision coverages (aka Full Coverage) cannot be added to protect the vehicle you are driving.

What states allow broad form vehicle insurance?

Washington state is one of the few of states that offers broadform insurance. When you travel in any other state, whether they allow broad form or not, your policy is perfectly valid.

Who has the cheapest non-owners insurance?

Progressive (who we represent) usually offers the least expensive non-owner insurance rates. The actual rate will always be affected by factors such as how old you are, the number of tickets and accidents you have had, and city you live in. Even though all of our companies offer non owner policies, we do not suggest it. A broadform policy costs only a little bit more but provides so much more protection.
