What is broad form insurance in Washington State?

Washington State Broad Form Insurance insures the policyholder only if they are driving the vehicle. It can provide liability, uninsured motorist, and personal injury protection coverage. It does not provide comprehensive or collision coverage for the car you are driving.

Do you need car insurance if you have a drivers license?

If you have a license but don’t own a vehicle, you probably don’t need insurance. The owner of the car is supposed to keep their car insured. If you want to protect yourself in case they do not have insurance that will cover while you are driving, you can buy a broad form policy.

What insurance company has the cheapest car insurance?

The best car insurance will be affected by a number of factors. The primary factors that will affect your insurance rate will be your age, the number of tickets and accidents you have had, and city you live in. All companies target the drivers they feel they can cover most profitably. Which is why you always want to get quotes from multiple companies. As an independent agency we can do that shopping for you.

Can I get an insurance policy that covers meto drive any car?

Yes! A Broad Form policy will cover you while driving any vehicle while being used for personal and not business use. It is designed for the person who owns a number of autos and never lend them out or who doesn’t own any autos and want to be sure they are covered while driving borrowed cars.

Do you need to get insurance before buying a car?

You are required by the state to carry liability insurance before you take the car on the road. Nothing worse than getting pulled over for no insurance. And, if you have a loan on the car, the dealership will require you have “full coverage” before you drive off the lot. If you already have insurance, a simple call to your insurance agent should be all it takes. If you don’t have insurance, Smash the Get A Quote button to request a quote.

How can I buy insurance with a suspended license?

To buy insurance when you have a suspended license just call one of the BroadForm Shop insurance experts.
